Janice P. Levin, MD, FACOG

Dr. Levin was born and raised in New Jersey. The University of Virginia awarded her undergraduate degree. She received her Medical Degree and completed her residency training from the Medical College of Virginia. She has been practicing for fourteen years and currently limits her practice to Gynecology patients. Dr. Levin and her husband, Dr. Larry Levin, are busy raising two young children and in her spare time she enjoys reading, dance, theatre and spending time with her family.


Craig H. Ruetzel, MD, FACOG

Dr. Ruetzel moved to Virginia Beach in 1992 after completing residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree at Duke University, and medical degree from the University of Texas. He has served as Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at both Sentara Bayside and Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospitals and will serve as President of the Medical Staff of SVBGH in 2008.

His practice interests include the impact of exercise on women’s health, especially during pregnancy, as well as the newer surgical treatments for urinary incontinence and uterine fibroids.


Monique N. Simmons, MD, FACOG

Dr. Simmons is a native of the Tidewater area. She is a graduate of Great Bridge High School, James Madison University and Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr Simmons is now returning to Virginia Beach to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology after finishing her residency training in Tampa, Florida at the University of South Florida. Her clinical interests are minimally invasive gynecological surgery and adolescent gynecology. She enjoys reading, snow skiing and traveling. She is excited to be back home and joining Complete Women’s Care.


Tracy B. Wright, MD, FACOG

Dr. Wright was born in Paterson, New Jersey and was raised in Hackensack, New Jersey and Manassas, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree and her Medical Degree from the University of Virginia. Her residency training was completed at the University of Rochester. Dr. Wright has previously served as the Chairperson, Department of OB/GYN, Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and has been in practice for almost ten years. Inside the office, her special interests include low and high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, and endoscopic surgery. Her outside interests include gourmet cooking, singing, traveling and reading.
